When should you seek therapy or counseling?

If you notice that your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors have shifted, or your relationships are changing at home, work, or socially and causing stress or discomfort in one or more areas of your life, it may be time to seek therapy.

It may stem from stress or life in general.  You may have experienced a traumatic event or succession of events, even if it is hard to admit to yourself.

Over the course of time, you are not the same person you were or want to be.

Perhaps those around you that matter and care about you have told you they concerned about you.

Don’t wait until it becomes so profound before going to see a professional.  If you are here reading this site, perhaps you are aware that you or a loved one could possibly benefit from counseling.

The stresses of our everyday lives or a significant or traumatic experience can gradually or abruptly impact us individually, as a couple, or family.

Finding & connecting with the right provider is a very unique and personal experience.

We encourage you to find the right therapist for you and your needs.
